Beasty Baby

Theatre-Rites

Deep in the forest, in a wintry land, lives a gorgeously grizzly Beasty Baby. Mayhem and laughter await every corner as three people embark on a wild adventure to bring up this mischievous and totally loveable child. 

Ages: 3-6yrs

It's time to play

Puna Kuća Theatre

Non – verbal performance.
Cardboard tubes, bags and wrapping paper are used to explore spatial interaction and make an inspiring playground for children.

The whole atmosphere is imaginative with lots of music and gives children time to focus on different images and to interpret them with their own imagination.
The performance is a partnership with Siget Kindergarten in Zagreb and Museum of Contemporary Arts in Zagreb.
This special video is made for pandemic and post-pandemic time. It combines performance in real time and additional videos to be more interactive with children in thedigital space.

Circus Science Show

Strongwomen Science

Find out how Jugglers, Acrobats and Hula Hoop artists use science to create their amazing acts. 

StrongWomen Aoife and Maria reveal the scientific secrets behind their astounding tricks. In a fun, lively and fast-paced family circus performance, why not try out Aoife and Maria’s spectacular pre-recorded workshop activities at Hullabaloo as well!

In Trolland: The Puppets of Vitalijus Mazuras

Inspired by the book Swedish Fairy Tales, illustrated by John Bauer is ‘In Trolland’ - a tale of the Troll Election and how the people chose a new king after the death of the old King.

Space Eggsplorers

Hatched by Beluga Theatre

One brave egg. Lost in space. Shelby needs our help.  Join the online interactive mission to the stars in search of the Big Space Yolk!

Ages 6+  

Available to view here throughout the Festival

Each participant must source the following items before the show:

1.  One boiled egg (and 1 backup boiled egg)  2. Something round  3. Something soft  4. Something purple  5. A4 Paper 6. Colouring pens/markers  7. Cotton wool  8. A glass of your favourite drink.  (Subject to change)
